1300 BR

The fully automated Cencorp 1300BR is designed for high volume mass-production, but it also includes all the same features that make Cencorp routers the most flexible ones on the market. The fast product changeover increases flexibility while guaranteeing a high throughput and, thus, minimizing production loss. Flexibility continues also after the milling process with easy integration of any type of output system and effective combination of additional process steps, such as PCB cleaning.

The well-known Cencorp user- and service-friendliness has been taken into account when designing the 1300BR, allowing easy access inside the cell on both front and rear sides. The Cencorp depaneling machines are equipped with a user interface that gives you all the information you need in daily production. Additional software options, such as optical routing quality verification, live Cpk-monitoring, bit height and diameter verification, CAD-file download, off-line programming and many others, can take your productivity and quality to the next level.
