The Cencorp XPRS ONE Test Handler is an optimal choice for cost-efficient test automation. The standard platform can be tailored for your specific testing needs, such as RF-testing, software downloading, boundary scan tests and different electrical measurements. The XPRS ONE platform is equipped with pass-through feature as a standard which allows constant flow of production regardless of varying test times of different test phases.

Cencorp XPRS ONE supports Carrier Frame Technology which brings new opportunities for single-level testing. Single product flow can be changed to multi-execution testing with parallel handling of the carrier. The Carrier Frames are automatically cycled back to the beginning of the line with a special return conveyor. With optional RFID tagging of the Carrier Frames, your test line can be autonomous even with multiple product variants.
