1300 SR

The machine can be equipped with a rotary table that offers minimal footprint, or with a dual drawer setup for maximum flexibility. Dual drawers enable the possibility to combine both drawers into one fixture that can process very large panels. Both the rotary and dual drawers are designed with an operator load/unload station that presents the product directly in front of the operator, thereby reducing operator fatigue and physical stress.

Both versions of 1300SR are available with traditional product specific fixtures and with smart magnetic pin fixtures. With magnetic pin fixtures you can forget about purchasing, maintaining and storing product specific fixtures every time you need to produce a new PCB panel. The machine will assemble and disassemble the fixture for you with a machine vision verification for the pin locations, making it an ideal solution for high-mix productions.

Cencorp 1300SR shares the same intuitive user interface as the inline machines along with clever options such as automatic bit change and verification, optical routing verification, MES connection for traceability, and many other advanced features.
