With standard feeder setup limitations for component widths are:
• Max. 35mm in HTF 60
• Max. 55mm in HTF 80
Max component height is 60 mm.
With standard feeder setup limitations for tube widths are:
• Max. 41mm in HTF 60
• Max. 51mm in HTF 80
The following standard options are available to all models:
• Last tube detection
• Batch change sensor
• Front support for tube stack when stack weight exceeds 1,6kg
• Tube stack lift when stack weight exceeds 2,6 kg
Pick and place manipulators with cut and bending stations for component preforming are designed case by case.
