The Vaillant Group has officially inaugurated its new electronics manufacturing facility in Remscheid, Germany. The opening ceremony was attended by Hendrik Wüst, Minister President of North Rhine-Westphalia, who joined in celebrating the launch of production at this cutting-edge facility.

Our European Service and After-Sales team gathered in Salo,Finland for a productive meet-up, sharing knowledge and insights while exploring the latest innovations at our factory.

It’s always great to connect with colleagues and exchange ideas, ensuring we stay ahead in providing the best service to our customers.

Fun fact: The team in this picture brings over 200 years of combined experience working with Cencorp machines! That’s a wealth of expertise and dedication!

We’re excited about what’s to come and look forward to continuing to provide top service and after-sales support across the entire world.

Cencorp Automation has a longstanding and successful cooperation with the Altus Group. We actively participated in the Altus Factory of the Future event, held at the MTC in Coventry from September 10th to 12th. Altus did an excellent job organizing the event, attracting a wide range of customers.

Our 1300BR machine was featured as a showcase. Many of our existing customers, already familiar with the 1300SR, had the opportunity to get hands-on experience and explore the expanded capabilities of the BR model.

CEO Mats Lillqvist delivered two insightful presentations—one on depaneling and another on odd-form processes—highlighting Cencorp’s advanced technological solutions. The presentations received positive feedback from attendees.

The event also fostered meaningful discussions with customers and suppliers, covering market trends and potential future collaborations.

We are excited to share the highlights from Cencorp APS Denmark’s recent participation in the Elektronikmessen E24 exhibition, held in Odense, Denmark from September 3rd to 5th, 2024. This marks the first time Cencorp Automation has taken part in this prestigious event in Denmark, and we are thrilled with the results!

The exhibition featured around 90 companies, and we were proud to showcase our innovations alongside them. Our CEO, Mats Lillqvist, together with the team from Denmark, represented Cencorp Automation Europe at the event, engaging with industry professionals and promoting our solutions.
One of our primary goals was to establish new customer relations, particularly with EMS customers. We are pleased to report that this objective was successfully achieved, and we had several fruitful discussions that opened doors to exciting new opportunities for collaboration.
In addition to forming new connections, we were delighted to welcome a large number of our existing customers to our booth. Their interest and positive feedback on our latest innovations were truly encouraging.

Cencorp Germany proudly announces the retirement of Mr.Benno Berwanger, a distinguished leader whose career has spanned several decades and significantly shaped our company’s success.

Career Journey and Achievements

Mr.Benno Berwanger began his remarkable journey in the electronics industry in 1983 as a Field Service Engineer at Universal Instruments. By 1995, he was an OF Product Manager, where he first encountered Mr. Markku Jokela, the former owner of PMJ, during a UK trade fair. This pivotal meeting led him to join PMJ Automec Oy as a Sales Manager for Western Europe, establishing the German Branch Office as a solo endeavor.

In 1999, the German Branch Office evolved into PMJ Deutschland GmbH, and Benno was appointed as the first Managing Director. The company was later renamed Cencorp Deutschland GmbH in 2005. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth and success. One of his many achievements includes selling the first cell in the German market in 1996, as well as successfully negotiating a major deal with Bosch Australia, despite the challenging time difference.

As Benno steps down from his role, he looks forward to enjoying a well-deserved retirement. He plans to return to his previous leisurely pursuits and spend quality time with his grandchildren, witnessing their growth without the constraints of business commitments.

A Heartfelt Thank You

Cencorp group extends its deepest gratitude to Mr.Benno Berwanger for his exceptional dedication, leadership, and contributions. His impact on the company and the industry at large is immeasurable, and he leaves behind a legacy of innovation and excellence.

We wish Benno all the best in his retirement and future endeavors. His presence will be greatly missed, but his influence will continue to inspire us.

We are pleased to announce that Dieter Schu has been nominated as the Managing Director for Cencorp Deutschland GmbH, effective from July 1, 2024. Dieter has been an integral part of our sales team, and we are confident that his leadership will drive our success in Cencorp Germany.

Additionally, Petri Koivunen has been nominated as President for Cencorp Americas. Petri’s vision and dedication have been instrumental in our growth, and we are excited about the future under his leadership in the Americas.

Both Dieter and Petri report to Mats Lillqvist, the CEO of Cencorp Automation.
